Demi Moore, 56, Poses Naked on a Magazine Cover

Demi Moore has posed naked for Harper's Bazaar US at the age of 56 – and she looks sensational.

On the magazine's October cover, the actress is posing by the side of a pool covered by nada than her signature dark, long hair and an oversize pink hat.

After posting the shot to her Instagram page, it was quickly inundated with support from her famous friends.

Kate Hudson wrote: 'My goodness woman, GORGEOUS! I can't wait for the book! 🙌💃🙌 , while Penelope Cruz added 'Guapa!!.'

Daughter Rumer Willis chimed in, saying: 'Goddess ♥️♥️♥️.'

Demi's cover is to mark the release of her biography, Inside Out, in which she digs into the details of her issues with cocaine abuse, as well as her marriages to Bruce Willis and Ashton Kutcher.

As to her workout routine?

Her trainer Gregory Joujon-Roche previously told InStyle that she does yoga, core work and plenty of lunges and bicep curls.

Whatever she's doing, it's clearly working.
