BRITNEY Spears packed on the PDA with boyfriend Sam Asghari as she got stuck into a sizzling yoga session yesterday.

The 38-year-old popstar appeared eager to share her strength and conditioning postures with her 23.4million followers on Instagram.

The fitness fanatic donned a neon-green sports bra and black gym-leggings for the video as she bent backwards into a bridge pose and shared a kiss with her other half.

The blonde bombshell worked her hair into a messy top knot as she performed a several yoga positions on a mat infront of a Christmas tree.

In the sped up video, she displayed her yoga prowess with an impressive headstand, crab pose, series of hip flexor stretches and several hip thrusts.

In typical Britney style, she recorded the intense session, which took place earlier this month, for her fans and finally uploaded the clip to Instagram last night.

Captioning the video, she penned: "When my tree was still up.... lol ... oh how I miss it !!!! Hope you guys are having a wonderful day ... God bless!!"

No strangers to yoga, Britney regularly shares videos of her daily practise, which she sometimes performs in a bikini with her other half Sam.

Sam and Britney are rumored to have started dating in 2016, though they made it official in March 2017.
